Portrait of a saker (hurr) ... Size:largePortrait of a saker (hurr) falcon belonging to Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan's hunting party in the sands surrounding Al Ain. The falcon perches on a wakir (block), its body facing towards the near left and its head facing back towards the right. In the far background trees grow in the sand. Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
