Gyuto 260mm V-Toku 2This Tetsu Gyuto feature a long blade, good distal taper, and thin tip. Flat profile with a slight curve toward the tip. The san mai is made from C130 core steel with vintage wrought iron cladding. Forged to shape and to geometry the bevels are ground on water cooled grinding stone with a Kasumi finish.
