REGISTRATION IS COMPLIMENTARY BUT PRE-REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY FOR THE CONFERENCE
All registered participants are free to participate in the ISBMT QUIZ scheduled to be held on May 04 at 1600 hrs. in Bengaluru.
SAVE ON TRAVEL AND HOTEL COSTS
Register for ISBMT 2023 and share your flight tickets with us by April 05, 2023. 50% of your travel and one night accommodation will be provided complimentary at Hilton Garden Inn during the conference dates.
Terms and conditions:
- Send your tickets on eventadmin@isbmt.org (only economy class covered) latest by April 05, 2023 – applicable only for travel dates between May 04 – 06, 2023.
- No requests will be considered post April 05, 2023
- One night of the two (04 & 05 May) will be offered complimentary.
- Second night stay is mandatory to be booked at Hilton Garden Inn (negotiated rates apply).
- The special rate negotiated for ISBMT 2023 participants is INR 7,840 inclusive of applicable taxes and breakfast on single occupancy.
- Once the travel tickets are received, the booking link for the second room night shall be sent to you.
- The amount will be charged to your credit card in advance, to confirm the booking. The invoice for the second night can be collected at the time of check-out at the hotel reception.
- Limited rooms are available at the venue hotel and will be offered on a first come first serve basis
AUTHOR REGISTRATION (presenting authors only)
- Presenting authors should register for the conference on or before March 27, 2023; else the abstract will not be considered for review.
- Authors of the accepted papers/ abstracts (both oral & posters) will be provided with complimentary tickets (train/ flight), as applicable and accommodation for 2 nights on the conference days.
